What we hold about you, why, and who helps us hold it. In plain words: we have squinted at enough fine print ourselves.
In effect from October 22, 2026
What we hold
For each account, on the website and in Tailor, our app, alike: the business name, its delivery addresses, phone numbers and delivery notes, and the people on the account, with the email and name each signs in with, what each may do and when each last signed in.
Then what the account does with us: Fit and its pars, the count lists and every count with who counted it, the rack, the orders and who placed them, who took each delivery in and sometimes a photo of the delivery, the invoices, payments and credits, the wish list, and your resale certificate with its number and expiry if you upload one. We also keep our own notes on the account, and a record of each email and push we send.
For a card or a bank account on file, we keep only the card's brand or the bank's name, its last four digits, Stripe's reference to it, and who put it on file and when. Stripe holds the rest.
On the website, your browser keeps your sign-in as a cookie. If you apply for an account, we keep what the form asks: your name, the cafe's name, your email, your phone and what you tell us.
In Tailor, for each phone that allows notifications: its push token, whether it is an iPhone or an Android phone, the app's version and when the phone was last seen.
Why
We hold it to take, pack, deliver and bill your orders, to keep your Fit and your counts, to tell you about all of it by email and by push, and to know what to buy for the shelf.
Who helps us
Supabase holds our database and runs the sign-in, so the account's records live there. The password you set goes from your browser or Tailor straight to Supabase, and we never see it.
Stripe holds a card or a bank account on file, with the account's name and email, and handles every card and bank payment. When you pay or save a card or a bank on our pages, what you type goes from your browser to Stripe and never through our servers.
Vercel runs the website, and Tailor reaches us through it, so every page and every request passes through Vercel.
Expo builds Tailor and carries our pushes to your phone through Apple's and Google's own push services. Expo holds each phone's push token and the words of each push on its way.
Google Workspace runs our email: what we send you, sign-in links and codes included, and what you send us.
Anthropic runs the assistant our staff can use to draft an email to you. When they use it, the account's name, the contact's name and, for an email about an order, the words of that order's email go to Anthropic to write the draft. Nothing else does.
And our own staff at Suits read the account's records to pack, deliver and bill your orders, and to help when you call.
What we do not do
We do not sell what we hold, and we do not use it for advertising. There are no ads on the website or in Tailor.
We do not track you across other apps or websites. Tailor carries no analytics software, and the website runs no analytics.
On your phone
Tailor keeps your sign-in in the phone's own secure storage, so you stay signed in.
So it opens even with no signal, Tailor keeps a copy of what it last showed you for up to seven days: the shelf, Fit, the rack, your lists and an open count. Signing out removes the copies.
If you turn on the lock, the phone itself checks your face, fingerprint or passcode and tells Tailor only yes or no. Nothing of your face or fingerprint reaches Tailor or us.
If you allow notifications, the phone's push token comes to us so our pushes can find the phone. Switch any kind off in Tailor under Account, then Notifications, or all of them in the phone's Settings. When you sign out, Tailor asks us to take the phone off the list.
Your choices
In Tailor, under Account, then Notifications, you can switch off any push, and the three emails that come to you rather than to the account: order day, count day reminders and count finished.
Order confirmations, invoices, receipts and delivery notices are the account's paperwork and go to the account's email address. When you place an order on the website or in Tailor, its confirmation comes to you too.
Set or change your password any time, under Account on the website or in Tailor.
To delete your login, open Tailor, then Account, then Delete my login, or on the website under Account, or write to support@suitsespresso.com or call (360) 472-6650 and we delete it for you. Your name, email, sign-in, phones and settings go at once. The account's orders, invoices and counts stay with the business without your name, as the law on business records asks, emails we sent you stay in our mailbox, and our daily backups let go of the rest within seven days. To close the whole account, write to us. Suits is Suits Espresso LLC, doing business as Suits Distribution, in Battle Ground, WA.
How long
We keep the account's records while the account is open, and after it closes for as long as the law on business records asks.
Children
Suits sells to businesses. The website and Tailor are not for anyone under 18.
