Terms

How ordering from Suits works, from the rack to the truck, in plain words.

In effect from October 22, 2026

Who can order

Ordering is for wholesale accounts: a business we have opened an account for, with its resale certificate on file where the law asks for one.

To open an account, apply on the website, and a person reads it.

Prices

Your prices are fitted to your account, and you see them when you sign in. An order keeps the prices it was placed at.

Tax is as the law requires. With your resale certificate on file, your orders stay tax exempt.

Ordering

Put what you need on the rack and press Place order, on the website or in Tailor.

Order by midnight Tuesday for Wednesday's truck. An order placed after that still lands on the nearest Wednesday, and we confirm the date with you.

Once an order is placed, a change goes through us: call or text, and we sort it out.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver in our own truck, with our own driver, across our delivery area. Pickup is by arrangement with us.

Payment

You pay by the terms on your account: a card or a bank account on file, charged when your order is packed and for what was packed; cash on delivery; or net terms, as agreed with us.

If the card on file is declined, we email you the invoice with a link to pay it. Checks are made out to Suits Espresso LLC.

Shortages and returns

Check the delivery, and tell us within 48 hours if anything is short, damaged or wrong. We credit it, or bring the right one on the next truck.

We take back nothing opened or perishable unless it arrived wrong.

Warranty and liability

Everything we sell comes with its maker's warranty, and we add no warranty of our own. Our liability for anything we sell is limited to its price.

Your account

The people you add to your account act for it, so what they order is the account's. Keep your password to yourself.

Changes and law

When these terms change, we email every account and put the new date at the top. Washington law applies.
