Tailor by Suits

A tailor for your shelf.

Your crew counts the shelf on the phone, one press of Fill the rack writes the order from the counts, and you place it before the first latte.

Coming to the App Store and Google Play, iPhone first. Request access and we email you the day it is up.

How Tailor works

Four screens, straight from the app.

A count list in Tailor, Syrups and sauces: Count now, its count days, its count time and a par on every item.
Fit

Fit is what you keep on hand.

Your count lists hold it a shelf at a time, each with its days and a par on every item. Set a par once and Fit remembers it, week after week.

Tailor's Rack after Fill the rack: the bar with its items, units and total, the lines from your counts, and the tab bar.
The rack

The rack is the order.

Fill the rack hangs what is short, every line your par minus what is on hand, never below zero. Check the lines with the units and the total in the bar, and press Place order.

Tailor's count sheet: Monin Caramel with 2 on hand and 1 to order, over the number pad.
Counting

Counting is one number at a time.

One item, one number, Next. The sheet walks the shelf in the order it stands, and a count taken in the walk-in with no signal waits on the phone until it is back.

Tailor's Notifications page: a push switch for every kind, and email for order day, count day reminders and count finished.
The pushes

A push when it matters.

The people who count get a push on their days. You get one when a list is counted, when the order is on the truck and when it is delivered. Turn off the ones you do not want.
